John 1:14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."
Sin is living at variance to the truth of God's righteousness. Grace is the bridge which enables us to cross from the truth of our sinfulness to the truth of God's righteousness. God reveals the truth of our sinfulness so that we can connect to His grace to live in the truth of His righteousness. This is so because the source of truth is the same source of grace. Grace promotes truth and truth promotes grace.
